Assisted Living Receptionist We are seeking a professional and friendly Front Desk Receptionist to join our team! You will play a crucial role in creating a positive experience for our residents and visitors. If you are looking to make a difference in the community, apply now!
Pay:
$15-16 hourlyDOE Schedule:
Mon, Wed, Fri 4pm-8pm, Saturdays 9am-4pmStatus:
Part-time Location:
In Person, Lehi, UT 84043Responsibilities:
- Greet and welcome guests in a courteous and professional manner
- Answer and direct phone calls with excellent phone etiquette
- Provide customer support by addressing inquiries and resolving issues
- Maintain a tidy and organized reception area
- Collaborate with colleagues to ensure smooth operations throughout the facility
Qualifications:
- High school diploma (or equivalent)
- Proficient in using technology
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Prior experience as a Receptionist or in a similar role (Preferred)
