This is an on-site position for someone who enjoys working with pet owners, providing excellent customer service, and helping keep daily salon operations organized. Responsibilities Welcome clients and their pets in a friendly and professional manner Check pets in and out for scheduled grooming appointments Schedule and confirm grooming appointments Receive payments and provide customers with receipts Help maintain an organized and welcoming reception area Assist with basic daily salon organization and customer service tasks Follow company procedures for pet safety, customer service, and salon operations Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent preferred Friendly, professional, and dependable personality Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills Organized and able to manage multiple customer requests Comfortable interacting with dogs and their owners Ability to remain calm and professional in a busy environment
Compensation & Benefits Pay:
