$19.50-$20.15 per hour

Full-Time, Onsite Job Type:
Temporary, Indefinite Duration We are seeking a professional and customer-focused Receptionist to support a busy healthcare office in Milwaukee. This position will serve as a primary point of contact for patients and will be responsible for providing a welcoming experience while assisting with front desk and administrative responsibilities. The ideal candidate will have previous customer service and administrative experience, strong communication skills, and the ability to remain organized while working in a patient-facing environment. Previous healthcare experience is beneficial but not required.
Schedule Monday & Thursday:
11:00 AM-7:00
PM Tuesday, Wednesday & Friday:
9:00 AM-5:00 PM Responsibilities Greet and check in patients Answer and route incoming phone calls Provide professional and courteous customer service Process patient payments Perform accurate data entry and update patient information Enter and maintain information within electronic systems Assist patients with general questions and direct inquiries appropriately Support day-to-day front desk and administrative operations Maintain confidentiality and professionalism when handling patient information Work closely with clinic staff to ensure an efficient patient experience Qualifications Previous receptionist, administrative, front desk, or customer service experience Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills Strong verbal and written communication skills Comfortable interacting with patients and the public Basic proficiency with Microsoft Office Strong attention to detail and data-entry accuracy Ability to work the full required schedule Previous healthcare or medical office experience is preferred Epic experience is a plus Additional Information This is an indefinite temporary opportunity with the possibility of being considered for permanent opportunities should an appropriate position become available. Candidates interested in longer-term growth within a healthcare setting may also have opportunities to receive additional training for patient-care-related responsibilities.
