Wine Tasting Room Associate Part-Time (25 hours minimum) High-volume hospitality role — Weekends, Evenings & Holidays Required (This is not a Monday to Friday office job) We are seeking a motivated, energetic Wine Tasting Room Associate to join our team across our Deadwood and Sturgis locations. This is an active, hands-on hospitality role for an individual looking to build a long-term career in wine and customer experience. Key Responsibilities Guest Experience:

Deliver exceptional customer service, educate guests on our wine portfolio and club memberships, and build long-term brand loyalty.

Daily Operations:

Oversee opening/closing procedures, maintain floor flow, and handle POS system transactions efficiently.

Staff Support & Supervision:

Work closely with team members to support front-of-house staff and ensure high standards of service.

Inventory & Events:

Assist with inventory tracking, restocking, wine shipment handling, and event execution.

Maintain Standards:

Ensure high standards of cleanliness, presentation, and compliance with all beverage service laws.

Qualifications & Requirements Schedule & Mobility:

Must be available for a minimum of 25 hours (up to 35 hours available). Weekend, evening, and holiday availability is mandatory. Must be able to work at both our Deadwood and Sturgis locations.
