Company Overview:

Snake River Produce Company LLC is seeking an individual to join our team as an Onion Inspector . This role is to inspect fresh onions for quality, size, color, defects, and signs of disease or damage. Ensure products meet company and regulatory quality standards before shipping or processing.

Key Responsibilities:

Inspect incoming and outgoing onion shipments. Identify defects such as bruising, rot, sprouting, or discoloration. Sort or reject onions that do not meet quality standards. Record inspection results and maintain quality logs. Work with warehouse or production staff to resolve quality issues. Follow food safety and sanitation procedures.

Qualifications:

Experience in agricultural, produce, or food quality inspection preferred. Ability to lift up to 50 pounds. Bilingual preferred. Attention to detail. Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to the required weight (if applicable). Basic record-keeping and communication skills

Nyssa, OR Pay:

Competitive pay based on experience, overtime after 40 hours.
