Overview We are seeking a dedicated Lawn Care Worker to join our team. This role involves maintaining and enhancing outdoor landscapes through various lawn care activities. Duties Operating lawn equipment such as mowers, trimmers, blowers, and other landscaping tools to maintain lawns and gardens Mowing, edging, trimming, and blowing debris to ensure a clean and attractive appearance Assisting with irrigation system setup, maintenance, or repair for qualified candidates Applying fertilizers, herbicides, or pesticides as needed, especially for those experienced in spray applications Performing general landscape maintenance tasks including planting, watering, and mulching Ensuring safety procedures are followed during all operations Supporting team efforts to complete projects efficiently and to high standards Requirements Prior experience operating lawn equipment is preferred but not mandatory; training will be provided Knowledge or experience in irrigation systems and fertilizer spray applications is a plus and may lead to higher pay opportunities Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality work Reliable transportation and punctuality are essential Willingness to learn new skills and take on additional responsibilities over time Join our team as a Lawn Care Worker and contribute to creating beautiful outdoor spaces while advancing your skills in the landscaping industry.
