Seeking highly qualified Paraprofessionals to support students and educators in a dynamic elementary school environment in a contract role beginning September 3, 2026, and continuing for a 90-day period. This opportunity is designed for individuals eager to make a meaningful impact while working with either center-based or resource-focused caseloads. After the contract period and completion of 422 hours, there is the option to transition into a direct hire position. Workdays are Monday through Friday, providing a consistent schedule (32.5 hours per week).

Key Qualifications:

Must meet Highly Qualified Paraprofessional requirements by meeting ONE of the following: Passing score on the Minnesota Para Educator Exam At least 60 college credits (must submit official transcripts; photos of diplomas/degrees are not accepted) Previous experience in school or educational settings as a paraprofessional is highly desirable Willingness to assist with all student needs, including toileting as required Reliable, adaptable, and comfortable supporting students in multiple grade levels, sometimes within the same day

Responsibilities:

Provide instructional and behavioral support to students in either a center-based or setting 1/2 resource capacity Support one grade in the morning and another in the afternoon for resource positions Collaborate with teachers and staff to facilitate a positive learning environment Maintain confidentiality and uphold school district policies at all times Support students with daily activities, classroom work, and personal care as needed
