Industrial Licensed Plumber/Pipefitter Position Summary This individual will be responsible for installation of new and existing plumbing/HVAC systems for commercial/industrial buildings. Essential duties and responsibilities
- Installation of new and existing plumbing / HVAC systems for commercial /industrial buildings.
- General knowledge of plumbing and HVAC systems.
- Ability to read and understand plans and specifications.
- Understanding materials required for plumbing / HVAC project tasks. Competencies, Certifications, and Licenses
- Valid driver's license
- Journeyman or Master NH Plumbing License.
- EPA Universal Technician Certification (a plus).
- NH Gas License
- Medical Gas Installers (a plus).
- Backflow Certification (a plus).
- Excellent interpersonal communication skills with customers and co-workers.
- Able to work both independently and as part of a team. Education and Experience
- Experience working in the commercial/Industrial sector is highly preferred.
- Experience with boilers, pumps, and familiarity with building mechanical systems.
