Responsibilities Install, repair, and replace residential decks, doors, and windows Perform general residential carpentry and remodeling work Read and follow measurements, plans, and project specifications Use hand and power tools safely and effectively Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area Communicate professionally with homeowners, coworkers, and supervisors Represent the company positively on every job site What We're Looking For 5-10 years of residential carpentry experience Experience with decks, doors, and windows preferred High school diploma, GED, or trade school education Valid driver's license Strong communication and people skills Dependable, professional, and detail-oriented Ability to work well as part of a team Must pass a drug screen and criminal background check Our Team Culture We are a team-oriented company built on respect.
