Lead Manufacturing Technician — $25.00/hour Monday-Friday, 7:00 AM-3:00 PM Seeking a skilled, hands-on manufacturing professional to perform fabrication and production work, troubleshoot issues, support coworkers, and help improve productivity. Candidates must be proficient in at least 4 of 6 areas: welding, grinding, metal fabrication, brake operation, cutting, or mechanical assembly. Requires 1-3 years of related experience/training, blueprint-reading ability, high school diploma/GED, reliable transportation, and ability to stand throughout the shift. Blueprint assessment, drug screen, and background check required. CNC Press Brake Operator — $20.00/hour Monday-Friday, 7:00 AM-3:00 PM Responsible for setting up and operating CNC/manual press brake equipment, selecting dies, adjusting machine settings, reading blueprints, setting back gauges, and inspecting finished parts with calipers and other measuring tools. Experience with light-gauge sheet metal, blueprint reading, and precision measuring tools preferred. Trade school training or related manufacturing experience is a plus. Drug screen and background check required. Production Laborer - Manufacturing — Starting at $17.00/hour Monday-Thursday, 3:00 PM-1:00 AM OR 9:00 PM-7:00 AM Must be available to train Monday-Friday, 7:00 AM-3:00 PM. Perform light assembly, material handling, deburring, and use of hand and power tools while assisting with press brake, grinding, painting/powder coating, and other production tasks. Forklift and shop equipment training provided. Manufacturing or auto body experience is a plus.
