Job Description

Job Summary We are seeking a motivated and energetic Well Tech/Laborer to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be instrumental in supporting utility and construction projects by operating heavy equipment, performing maintenance tasks, and assisting with installation and repair activities. Your hands-on approach and mechanical aptitude will ensure the smooth progression of projects while maintaining safety and efficiency on-site. This paid position offers an exciting opportunity to develop your skills in a fast-paced environment, working alongside experienced professionals dedicated to excellence. Duties Conduct utility locating and fiber splicing to support infrastructure installation projects. Assist with electrical work such as low voltage and high voltage wiring, cabling, and electrical system troubleshooting. Use hand tools and power tools for equipment maintenance, assembly, and installation tasks. Perform rigging, climbing, and mechanical work necessary for equipment setup or repairs. Support welding operations and mechanical repairs on-site to ensure machinery remains operational. Maintain safety standards by adhering to protocols related to heavy equipment operation, electrical work, and construction site procedures. Qualifications Assist with well drilling and installation projects Support maintenance and repair of water systems Operate and maintain tools and equipment safely Transport materials and maintain clean job sites Follow safety procedures and company standards Work collaboratively with team members on-site
Qualifications:
Strong work ethic and reliability Ability to perform physical labor in various weather conditions Mechanical aptitude or construction experience preferred Valid driver's license (CDL a plus, but not required) Willingness to learn and take direction
Pay:
$22.00 - $23.00 per hour
