. NorthBridge Housing Solutions/North Little Rock Housing Authority is seeking applicants for the position of Housing Choice Voucher Program Inspector. Experience with Housing Choice Voucher/Section 8 programs preferred. Candidates must have demonstrated computer experience, be detail-oriented, demonstrate a stable work history, and have good communication skills. Daily duties include conducting housing unit inspections to ensure compliance with Housing Quality Standards/NSPIRE; processing tenant approvals; logging/reporting - scheduling, follow-up, status reports; soliciting new landlord participants; and other duties as assigned. Candidate must demonstrate the ability to work independently, with others, and be willing to work with a diverse population. Must be able to perform physical activities, such as, but not limited to, bending, reaching, climbing, and stooping. Must be able to tolerate heat and cold weather.
