Duties Prepare and serve a variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages, including cocktails, wine, beer, and specialty drinks Engage with guests in a friendly, professional manner to ensure an enjoyable experience Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area in compliance with food safety standards Process cash and card transactions accurately using POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS Develop and suggest beverage recipes to enhance the menu and meet customer preferences Manage bar inventory, restock supplies, and monitor alcohol consumption responsibly Collaborate with restaurant staff to coordinate service during busy hours or special events such as banquets or catering functions Requirements Proven experience in bartending within fine dining, nightclub, or hospitality environments Strong knowledge of mixology techniques, spirits, wine varieties, and beverage recipe development Familiarity with POS systems like Aloha POS or Micros POS for processing transactions Excellent customer service skills with the ability to engage guests warmly and professionally Ability to manage time effectively during high-volume service periods Knowledge of food safety standards and proper food handling procedures Experience in cash handling, basic math skills for processing payments accurately, and retail math for inventory management Previous experience in food service or restaurant settings preferred; catering or banquet experience is a plus Ability to work flexible hours including nights, weekends, and holidays in a fast-paced environment Join us as a vital part of our dynamic team where your passion for hospitality will shine!
