Job Description
Job Overview We're looking for a dependable MIG Welder to join our structural steel manufacturing team. In this role, you'll weld structural steel components used in pre-engineered metal building systems. You'll work from shop drawings and production instructions to produce quality parts while maintaining a safe and efficient work environment. What You'll Do Perform MIG welding on structural steel components. Read shop drawings and follow production instructions. Inspect completed welds to ensure they meet quality standards. Safely operate welding and fabrication equipment. Keep your work area clean and organized. Work with your team to meet daily production goals. What We're Looking For Previous welding experience preferred. MIG welding experience preferred. Ability to pass a company weld test. Ability to read a tape measure. Ability to read shop drawings is a plus. Dependable attendance and a strong work ethic. Commitment to working safely every day.
