None Required The Opportunity You will serve as a vital member of our field operations team, playing a key role in delivering high-quality civil and heavy construction projects. This role offers the unique chance to see projects through from start to finish within a close-knit, family-oriented environment. You will have the stability of working on consistent sites while contributing to the growth of a company that prioritizes long-term relationships. How You Will Make an Impact Operate and maintain heavy equipment, including bulldozers, excavators, and motor graders, to execute precise site grading and excavation. Execute complex earth-moving tasks in strict accordance with project specifications for commercial and federal developments. Coordinate with site supervisors to ensure daily production goals are met while maintaining the highest standards of quality. Inspect machinery daily to ensure operational safety and perform routine maintenance to prevent project downtime. Implement site safety protocols and OSHA standards to ensure a secure working environment for the entire field crew. Collaborate with a dedicated team to manage project lifecycles, ensuring you remain on a single site until completion. Required Qualifications & Experience Proven experience operating heavy machinery such as bulldozers, excavators, and motor graders. Strong work ethic and a desire to grow professionally within a dedicated civil construction team. Ability to work effectively in an onsite, field-based environment. High school diploma or GED equivalent. Preferred Qualifications & Experience At least 1 year of related work experience in civil or heavy construction. Demonstrated ability to perform basic equipment maintenance and troubleshooting in the field. Familiarity with commercial, industrial, or federal project site requirements.
