Full Time The Painting Maintenance Mechanic I performs maintenance and repair work on the interior and exterior building surfaces. This work is performed under general supervision using the tools and techniques of painting and plastering technology.

Requirements/Qualifications:
High School Diploma or equivalent required.

Knowledge of painting techniques, procedures and materials.5 years related work experience.

Must be able to navigate electronically. Enters their own material list daily on the computer. Tints paint with a computerized tinter. Salary Range:
Minimum 25.23/hour - Maximum 29.28/hour. Compensation will be commensurate with equity and experience for roles of similar scope and responsibility. In cases w the range is displayed as a $0 amount, salary discussions will occur during candidate screening calls, before any subsequent compensation discussion is held between the candidate and any hiring authority.
