Transparent, fair, and ethical Job Summary The PlumbingLining Apprentice role is designed to provide entry-level candidates with exposure to two of our most critical divisions: Plumbing and Epoxy Lining. Apprentices will spend their first 90 days assisting experienced technicians in both trades, gaining hands-on skills in safety, tools, customer service, and technical procedures. Upon successful completion of the first 90 days, apprentices will be evaluated and placed into either the Plumbing or Epoxy Lining division, based on their strengths, interests, and company needs. Essential Duties and Responsibilities Assist technicians with basic plumbing tasks, including drain cleaning, fixture replacement, and leak detection.
Support epoxy lining projects:
preparation, pipe cleaning, lining application, curing, and site restoration. Maintain a clean, safe, and organized job site. Provide excellent customer service by assisting crews on-site. Participate in safety training and apprentice workshops. Demonstrate reliability, a strong work ethic, and eagerness to learn. Minimum Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent preferred. Valid driver's license (at least 18 months of driving experience) and clean driving record. Ability to lift 50+ lbs, work in varying conditions, and safely use hand/power tools. Regularly required to sit, walk, stand, stoop, bend, squat, open doors, and climb/ descend stairs Operate standard office equipment (computers, phones, copier, fax machine or scanner) Moderate lifting may be required (15-20) pounds Ability to work more than 40 hours per work week and up to 12 hours per day
