PM Pay Rate:

$25-28/hr We welcome candidates with all U.S. work authorization types, provided they are legally authorized to work in the United States. Role Overview We are seeking a hands-on Wiring Technician to support the setup of internal QA test harnesses. This role is ideal for candidates with low-voltage wiring experience, strong technical documentation skills, and comfort working in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment. Top 3 Must-Have Skills Low-voltage wiring and harness assembly

•including cutting, crimping, soldering, terminating, and routing wires (e.g., Cat 6, 22 gauge). Tool proficiency

•crimpers, wire strippers, multimeters, and soldering tools (SMT and through-hole). Ability to read and interpret wiring diagrams, schematics, and blueprints. Nice-to-Have Skills

Certification or similar. Experience with access control systems, cameras, or network installations (RJ45, keystones, etc.). Familiarity with Linux or Mac terminal environments. QA Testing Experience Day-to-Day Responsibilities Build and install test wiring harnesses for internal QA. Cut and run Cat 6 and other low-voltage wires to devices/cutting cat 6 wire and wiring to devices. Perform basic testing (continuity, low voltage). Document wire movements and inventory using Google Sheets. Use Jira and Google Workspace for task tracking and documentation. Collaborate closely with engineering and QA teams. Running wire, cutting wire, wiring setup. May have to run test Ability to read and follow wire harness assembly instructions Experience working with access control or cameras is a plus. Terminal experience is a plus because they can have them run test if needed. Terminal experience means someone with Linux terminal experience, Mac terminal experience is also acceptable Qualifications 1-3 years of hands-on experience with wiring and harness assembly. Ability to read and follow basic wiring diagrams and schematics. Must pass a full drug panel screening (safety-sensitive role). Interview Process Virtual Interview (30 min)

Pay:

$25.00

•$28.00 per hour Expected hours: 40.0 per week Application Question(s): How many years of hands-on experience do you have with wiring, wire harness assembly? Do you have hands-on experience cutting, stripping, crimping, terminating, routing, and/or soldering wires? Please describe. Have you worked with low-voltage wiring such as Cat 5/Cat 6, 22-gauge wire, RJ45 connectors, or similar cabling? Are you comfortable using tools such as wire strippers, crimpers, soldering equipment, and multimeters?
