Job Description
Two-day bathroom remodel in Fayette, MO. Small single bathroom. Materials supplied.
Scope of work:
- Carefully remove shower door (being reused), baseboards, vanity, and toilet
- Remove existing shower wall panels and shower pan
- Tear out flooring and rotted subfloor (rot is around the toilet)
- Install new plywood subfloor
- Install new shower pan and glue-up shower wall panel surround
- Install vinyl plank flooring
- Install new baseboards and trim; remove crown molding (not replaced)
- Reinstall toilet, vanity, and shower door
- No painting Job requirements:
- Toilet must be reinstalled and usable at the end of day one. This is the only bathroom in the home and the homeowner is handicapped. Shower can stay out of service into day two.
- Confirm all measurements on site before materials are ordered
- Provide an on-site quote for a separate kitchen tile floor replacement while there
