Responsibilities Prepare and cook breakfast and lunch dishes according to established recipes, menus, and dietary requirements Ensure all food is prepared safely, maintaining proper food handling and sanitation standards Maintain cleanliness of the kitchen area, including equipment, utensils, and work surfaces Monitor inventory levels of ingredients and supplies, notifying management when stock needs replenishing Support catering events or special meal requests as needed, ensuring timely delivery of quality food Follow food safety protocols diligently to prevent contamination and ensure compliance with health regulations Skills Strong background in food preparation, cooking, and food service operations Excellent knife skills and proficiency in meal preparation techniques Knowledge of food safety standards and proper sanitation procedures Previous restaurant or kitchen experience in the food industry Ability to work efficiently under pressure while maintaining high-quality standards Strong communication skills to collaborate effectively with team members and support staff
