Job Description

Overview Join our vibrant hospitality team as an Innkeeper, where your passion for guest service and hospitality management will create memorable experiences for visitors from around the world. As the welcoming face of our establishment, you will oversee daily operations, ensure guest satisfaction, and maintain a warm, inviting atmosphere. This role offers an exciting opportunity to lead with enthusiasm, manage guest relations, and uphold the highest standards of hospitality in a dynamic resort environment. Duties Greet guests warmly upon arrival and provide exceptional customer service throughout their stay Manage front desk operations, including check-in/check-out procedures and handling guest inquiries with professionalism Oversee reservation systems and coordinate room assignments to maximize occupancy and guest satisfaction Conduct night audits, reconcile accounts, and prepare daily financial reports to ensure accurate record-keeping Handle multi-line phone systems with courteous phone etiquette, responding promptly to guest requests and inquiries Maintain guest relations by addressing concerns promptly and ensuring all guests feel valued and cared for Supervise housekeeping staff and coordinate maintenance requests to uphold cleanliness and safety standards Promote hotel amenities, local attractions, and services to enhance the guest experience Foster a welcoming environment by managing guest feedback and implementing continuous improvement initiatives Requirements Proven experience in hotel operations, with a strong background in front desk or guest services roles Bilingual or multilingual skills are desirable. Excellent customer service skills with a friendly, energetic demeanor. Exceptional communication skills, including phone etiquette and clear interpersonal interactions Previous hotel experience is highly valued; familiarity with guest services standards is essentialEmbark on a rewarding career where your enthusiasm for hospitality makes a difference!
