Specialized Experience:
You qualify for the GS-15 grade level if you possess one year of specialized experience, equivalent to the GS-14 grade level in the Federal government, performing duties such as: planning, directing, and evaluating administrative operations such as budget execution, resource management, facilities coordination, logistics, student or customer support services, property accountability, internal controls, procurement coordination, and contract support; advising senior leadership on operational requirements, staffing, budget impacts, program risks, service delivery issues, and resource needs; developing and implementing policies, procedures, corrective actions, and process improvements; coordinating with internal and external stakeholders to support mission requirements; overseeing contractor performance and acquisition support activities; and supervising subordinate supervisors or staff, including assigning work, evaluating performance, resolving issues, and managing staffing and workforce development needs. planning, directing, and evaluating administrative operations such as budget execution, resource management, facilities coordination, logistics, student or customer support services, property accountability, internal controls, procurement coordination, and contract support; advising senior leadership on operational requirements, staffing, budget impacts, program risks, service delivery issues, and resource needs; developing and implementing policies, procedures, corrective actions, and process improvements; coordinating with internal and external stakeholders to support mission requirements; overseeing contractor performance and acquisition support activities; and supervising subordinate supervisors or staff, including assigning work, evaluating performance, resolving issues, and managing staffing and workforce development needs. Substitution of education in lieu of specialized experience may not be used for this grade level. All qualifications and eligibility requirements must be met by the closing date of the announcement.
Time-in-grade:
Current General Schedule (GS) federal employees, and those that have served in GS positions within the last 52 weeks, must have served 52 weeks at the next lower grade, or a combination of the next lower grade level and an equivalent band in the federal service by the closing of this announcement.

Current or former Federal employees MUST submit a copy of their SF-50 Form which shows competitive service appointment ("position occupied" block 34 on the SF-50 should show a "1"), tenure group (block 24 should show a 1 or 2), grade, and salary. Physical Demands:
The work is primarily sedentary and performed in an office setting. However, the position may be required to walk, stand, or travel within the Artesia campus to inspect facilities, observe support operations, meet with employees or contractors, and assess service delivery. Work Environment The work is primarily performed in a typical office setting. The position may occasionally visit training areas, facilities, lodging areas, service locations, warehouses, maintenance areas, or other operational locations to coordinate support activities or evaluate service delivery.
