Full-time Overview We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Electrician/Apprentice to join our dynamic electrical team.
This role offers an exciting opportunity to develop your skills in both industrial and commercial electrical systems, working on diverse construction projects and installations. As an integral part of our team, you will gain hands-on experience in electrical wiring, blueprint reading, conduit bending, and system installation while adhering to strict safety protocols. Responsibilities Assist experienced electricians in installing, maintaining, and repairing electrical systems across industrial and commercial sites. Read and interpret electrical blueprints, schematics, and technical diagrams to ensure accurate system installation. Perform conduit bending, electrical wiring, and electrical systems installation according to NEC (National Electrical Code) standards and NFPA 70 compliance. Use hand tools, power tools, ohmmeters, and other electrical testing equipment to troubleshoot and verify system functionality. Follow electrical safety procedures rigorously to maintain a safe work environment on construction sites and within facilities. Support the installation of low voltage and high voltage electrical systems while adhering to safety protocols. Collaborate with team members to ensure projects are completed efficiently, accurately, and safely. Requirements Prior experience as an industrial or commercial electrician is preferred; recent apprentices or trainees with relevant construction site experience are encouraged to apply. Ability to read electrical blueprints, schematics, and technical diagrams with confidence. Knowledge of conduit bending, electrical wiring techniques, and electrical systems installation standards. Familiarity with NFPA 70 (National Fire Protection Association code for electrical safety) regulations is highly desirable. Proficiency with hand tools, power tools, ohmmeters, and other electrical testing devices. Strong understanding of electrical safety procedures and protocol adherence on construction sites. Experience working with low voltage and high voltage systems in commercial or industrial settings. Construction experience including blueprint reading and schematic interpretation is a plus. Ability to work effectively as part of a team in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
