a great place to work, play, and live. The Role Responsibilities You will be responsible for leading, developing, and mentoring male student-athletes. As a JV2 coach, you will be responsible for teaching fundamental soccer skills, basic strategies, and helping athletes develop an understanding and appreciation for the game. The coach will align with the overall boys soccer program to prepare players for continued development at the JV1 and varsity levels while creating a positive, team-first environment. The coach plans and conducts effective practices, manages games with an emphasis on player development, and communicates clearly with players, parents, and staff. They will also ensure athlete safety, follow school guidelines, and handle basic administrative responsibilities. Role Requirements The ideal candidate will cultivate teamwork, sportsmanship, and player development while working collaboratively with the varsity and JV1 coaches to establish a positive and competitive boys soccer program. You will work closely with the varsity head coach to design practice plans and approaches that align with the overall philosophy of the soccer program. Additionally, you will maintain clear and consistent communication with student-athletes, parents, and staff while upholding the highest standards of conduct, respect, and academic support for our student-athletes.
