Job Description

Imagine starting your shift, bringing a mill online, hearing the hum stabilize as you dial in settings, and knowing the product rolling off the line meets tight specs. As a Grain Processing Equipment Technician — Corn Milling, that's your daily win. Your mission Run and watch over milling systems to keep production steady and efficient Tweak controls to hold product within specification Tackle routine maintenance and small repairs to prevent downtime Verify quality with regular checks and sampling Keep a clean, safe, audit-ready work area Share ideas and collaborate to improve throughput and reliability Log production numbers and maintenance work with accuracy Schedules and pay
Days:
6 AM•6 PM (2-2-3 schedule)
Nights:
6 PM•6 AM (2-2-3 schedule) —
Shift Premium:
earn an extra $3/hour and extra 40 hours of PTO for night shift
Compensation:
