Responsibilities include:

Adjust the labeler and steam tunnel as needed. Change label rolls safely and efficiently. Monitor label application to ensure finished products meet quality standards. Verify that the correct labels are being used. Complete inventory paperwork accurately. Document equipment downtime. Assist with production line changeovers. Troubleshoot equipment problems and make safe adjustments when appropriate. Report potential maintenance needs to the RTD Production Supervisor. Follow established safety rules, Standard Operating Procedures, Good Manufacturing Practices, ISO 9001 procedures, and applicable client and customer requirements. What We're Looking For Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills Ability to identify and respond safely to production equipment issues Comfort working in a fast-paced manufacturing environment Ability to stand for extended periods Dependability and strong attention to detail Ability to remain productive without constant supervision Positive attitude and ability to work effectively with supervisors and coworkers Work Environment This is an active manufacturing position involving work around specialized production equipment. The work environment may include warm-temperature areas at times. Following all established safety procedures is an essential part of this position.
