Overview We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in behavioral therapy and experience working with children and individuals with developmental disabilities. This role involves conducting diagnostic evaluations, developing treatment plans, and providing support to clients and their families. The BCBA will play a crucial role in enhancing the quality of life for those we serve through evidence-based practices. Responsibilities Conduct comprehensive diagnostic evaluations to assess the needs of clients. Develop individualized treatment plans based on assessment results and client goals. Implement and oversee behavioral therapy programs tailored to each client's needs. Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams, including educators, therapists, and family members, to ensure cohesive support for clients. Maintain accurate medical documentation in compliance with HIPAA regulations. Collect and analyze research data to evaluate the effectiveness of interventions. Provide training and supervision to behavior technicians and other staff members. Advocate for clients' needs within educational settings and community resources. Stay current with best practices in behavioral health and special education. Requirements Board Certification as a Behavior Analyst (BCBA) is required. Experience working with children, particularly those with developmental disabilities or behavioral challenges. Knowledge of special education practices and behavioral health principles. Proficiency in conducting diagnostic evaluations and creating effective treatment plans. Familiarity with medical documentation standards and HIPAA compliance. Strong skills in research data collection and analysis. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, for effective collaboration with families and professionals. Pay:
$75,000.00 - $85,000.00 per year
