Category Schools - RBT - Registered Behavior Technician Job Type Contract Step into an impactful role supporting students as a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) near Odessa, DE. This assignment offers a 6-week contract—potentially extending a few additional weeks—working 20 hours per week. As an RBT, you'll provide valuable behavioral support for two siblings, focusing on data collection and making a real difference in their educational journey.

Skills & Qualifications:

Current Registered Behavior Technician certification (RBT) required Experience in school-based settings strongly preferred Proficient in collecting, organizing, and analyzing behavioral data Knowledge of ABA principles and implementation Effective communication skills to collaborate with educators and families Compassionate, patient, and committed to student growth

Key Responsibilities:

Work directly with a brother and sister, implementing behavior intervention plans and documenting progress Collect, maintain, and report detailed behavioral data as required by the district Collaborate with teachers, therapists, and school staff to monitor and adjust support strategies Provide one-on-one behavioral assistance and promote positive behavioral changes in students Participate in team meetings to review student progress and contribute insights Follow all ethical guidelines and confidentiality standards Why this assignment stands out:
