Summary:

The Marketing & Client Experience Representative combines front-office responsibilities with participation in customer-facing marketing initiatives. This role serves as the welcoming face of Frain for visitors, customers, vendors, and callers while also appearing in marketing videos, showroom demonstrations, customer tours, and other promotional content. The ideal candidate is naturally friendly, confident communicating with others, comfortable on camera, and enjoys building positive relationships with people. No prior experience in the processing or packaging equipment industry is required. We will provide training and guidance on all technical aspects of the role.

Key Duties and Responsibilities:

Client Experience & Reception (50-60%) Greet and welcome customers, vendors, and visitors. Manage front desk operations and visitor check-in procedures. Answer, screen, and direct incoming phone calls. Coordinate conference room and visitor logistics. Assist with administrative and office support activities. Support customer visits, meetings, equipment demonstrations, and special events. Marketing & Brand Representation (40-50%) Serve as an on-camera representative in marketing and promotional videos. Participate in customer success stories, product demonstrations, and other video content. Assist with showroom tours and customer-facing events. Present prepared information in a natural, engaging, and professional manner. Work closely with the marketing team and video production staff during content creation. Represent the Frain brand in a positive and professional manner at all times.

Education:

High School Diploma and prior related experience required; Associate Degree preferred. Qualifications Required Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills. Friendly, outgoing, and professional demeanor. Comfortable meeting and interacting with new people daily. Comfortable appearing on camera and speaking in recorded videos. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Ability to follow direction and learn quickly. Reliable, punctual, and dependable. Proficiency with Microsoft Office and general office technology. Preferred Experience in customer service, hospitality, reception, retail, events, communications, or related fields. Experience speaking in front of groups or on camera. Experience in a customer-facing environment
