Sub-Contractor / 1099 About the Role UHS Contracting is seeking experienced and professional Window & Door Installers to join our network of subcontractors working with Lowe's. As a trusted Lowe's Independant Service Provider, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional installation services that meet our high standards of quality and customer satisfaction. Responsibilities Perform installation of residential windows, entry doors, patio doors, and storm doors. Review project details, specifications, and customer requirements before installation. Ensure proper removal and disposal of old windows/doors (as needed). Maintain a clean, safe, and organized worksite. Provide excellent customer service, addressing customer questions and concerns on-site. Adhere to all Lowe's installation guidelines, safety standards, and local building codes. Communicate effectively with Lowe's project coordinators and homeowners regarding project status and completion. Qualifications Proven experience in window and door installation. Knowledge of building codes, construction practices, and job site safety. Must provide own tools, truck/transportation, and crew (if applicable). Valid business license, insurance (general liability & worker's comp), and W-9 required. Strong attention to detail and commitment to high-quality workmanship.
