Job Description
Job Summary We are seeking a dedicated and client-focused Commercial Account Manager specializing in Lawn and Snow Maintenance. In this role, you will serve as the primary point of contact for a portfolio of commercial landscape and snow management clients. Your focus will be on building strong relationships, ensuring the delivery of high-quality services, and driving profitable growth. You will oversee operational aspects of client accounts, coordinate with internal teams, and maintain consistent communication to meet client expectations and company standards. Responsibilities Act as the main liaison for a portfolio of commercial clients in lawn care and snow management services. Build and maintain strong, professional relationships with clients to foster trust and long-term partnerships. Ensure the delivery of high-quality service by managing all aspects of assigned properties, including contract execution and site quality control. Collaborate closely with operations teams to align service delivery with client needs and company standards. Conduct regular site inspections to monitor service quality and address any issues promptly. Maintain consistent communication with clients regarding service updates, feedback, and ongoing account needs. Manage all contractual obligations, renewals, and adjustments as necessary to support client satisfaction and retention. Identify opportunities for account growth and work proactively to expand service offerings where appropriate. Ensure compliance with safety standards and company policies during all operational activities. Qualifications Proven experience in client relationship management within the lawn care, landscaping, or snow removal industries is preferred. Strong interpersonal and communication skills to effectively engage with clients and internal teams. Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple accounts simultaneously. Attention to detail in site inspections, quality control, and contract management. Ability to collaborate effectively across departments to ensure seamless service delivery. Problem-solving skills with a proactive approach to addressing client concerns or operational challenges. Valid driver's license may be required depending on the scope of property oversight.
