Up to $80,000 DOE AppleOne is actively interviewing now for a Direct Hire Project & Facilities Coordinator to join our client's team directly on their payroll. This is a mid-level, construction-focused role supporting active construction and facilities projects. The Project & Facilities Coordinator plays a key role in keeping schedules, documentation, and communication aligned while supporting Project Managers, field teams, vendors, and customers from project kickoff through closeout. This opportunity is ideal for someone with a construction or service-based background who enjoys being the operational backbone of a project team and thrives in a fast-paced environment. Why Apply Now Immediate need — interviewing now Direct hire (no contract, no temp-to-hire) Competitive compensation up to $80K DOE High-visibility role supporting live construction projects What You'll Do Coordinate multiple construction and facilities projects from start to closeout Support Project Managers with scheduling, documentation, and customer communication Coordinate and maintain service technician schedules, including occasional overnight work Act as a liaison between customers, vendors, technicians, and internal teams Prepare and track work orders, quotes, bids, approvals, and NTE requests Maintain accurate records and timely updates within internal systems (24-48 hours) Receive, process, and log shipments and deliveries of parts and materials Participate in customer job walks as needed Proactively communicate project updates and identify additional service opportunities Participate in a shared after-hours support rotation What We're Looking For 3+ years of experience in construction coordination, facilities, dispatch, or project support Solid understanding of construction workflows, scheduling, and documentation Experience with work orders, quotes, bids, approvals, and internal systems Strong customer communication and relationship-building skills High attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple priorities Flexible, team-oriented mindset What This Role Offers Direct hire stability with long-term growth potential Opportunity to grow into project management or operations leadership Collaborative, fast-paced team environment Variety and ownership — no two projects are the same This role is actively interviewing and expected to move quickly for the right candidate.
