Must be available to work additional hours when needed Equipment & Facilities Technician Requirements High school diploma or GED. Two to five years of industrial, equipment, or facilities maintenance experience. Strong mechanical and electrical troubleshooting skills. Working knowledge of pneumatic and hydraulic systems. Knowledge of preventive and predictive maintenance practices. Ability to read schematics, technical manuals, and equipment documentation. Basic knowledge of OSHA requirements and Lockout/Tagout procedures. Experience using hand tools, power tools, and testing equipment. Ability to work independently and prioritize multiple maintenance needs. Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills. Preferred Qualifications Technical certification, associate degree, or vocational training in industrial maintenance, electrical systems, mechanical systems, HVAC, automation, or a related field. Automotive manufacturing or Tier 1 supplier experience. Experience with automated equipment, robotics, conveyors, PLCs, or control systems. Experience maintaining HVAC and compressed-air systems. Experience supporting a plant startup or greenfield manufacturing facility. Knowledge of CMMS or EAM maintenance systems. Familiarity with Lean Manufacturing, 5S, TPM, ISO 14001, or

IATF 16949.

About the Equipment & Facilities Technician Role Crown Staffing is seeking an Equipment & Facilities Technician for a temp-to-hire opportunity in Hollyvilla, KY. This role maintains production equipment, facility systems, utilities, and plant infrastructure to improve reliability and minimize downtime. Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on production equipment and facility systems. Troubleshoot and repair mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, hydraulic, and automated equipment. Maintain HVAC, compressed-air, electrical, plumbing, lighting, and utility systems. Respond to equipment breakdowns, identify root causes, and complete repairs efficiently. Assist with equipment installations, facility modifications, and plant improvement projects. Complete inspections and maintain accurate maintenance and repair records. Follow safety procedures, including Lockout/Tagout and electrical safety requirements. Partner with Production, Engineering, EHS, and Facilities teams to improve equipment reliability, safety, and efficiency.
