About the Equipment Technician Role Crown Staffing is seeking an Equipment Technician for a temp-to-hire opportunity in Hollyvilla, KY. This position installs, maintains, troubleshoots, and repairs manufacturing equipment to support safe and efficient production. Install and set up production equipment and machinery. Perform scheduled preventive maintenance. Complete corrective maintenance and equipment repairs. Troubleshoot electrical, mechanical, and pneumatic systems. Diagnose equipment failures and determine their root causes. Repair or replace malfunctioning components. Respond to equipment issues promptly to minimize production downtime. Maintain accurate maintenance and repair records. Work with Production and Engineering teams to improve equipment reliability. Maintain a clean and organized work area.
