Monday-Friday | 8:30 AM-5:00 PM with a one-hour lunch Logistics Lead Requirements High school diploma or equivalent. Three or more years of logistics, warehouse, supply-chain, or manufacturing experience. Automotive manufacturing or Tier 1 supplier experience strongly preferred. Previous team-lead or supervisory experience preferred. Experience using ERP or warehouse management systems. Proficiency with Microsoft Excel. Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing, Kanban, JIT/JIS, and continuous-improvement practices. Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills. Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. Degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business, or a related field preferred. About the Logistics Lead Role Crown Staffing is seeking a Logistics Lead for a direct-hire opportunity in Hollyvilla, KY. This position oversees daily material flow to ensure parts are received, stored, sequenced, and delivered to production accurately and on time. Lead inbound, internal, and outbound logistics activities. Coordinate receiving, warehouse storage, staging, sequencing, replenishment, and line-side delivery. Ensure production receives the correct materials at the required time and quantity. Monitor delivery schedules and resolve shortages, delays, inventory discrepancies, and transportation issues. Coordinate with suppliers, carriers, Production, Quality, Purchasing, and Customer Service. Lead and develop logistics and warehouse associates. Track inventory accuracy, on-time delivery, material shortages, freight costs, and productivity. Support production launches, engineering changes, Lean initiatives, 5S, Kanban, and material-flow improvements.
