Job Description

Job Overview Best Buck Sites is seeking a detail-oriented and organized Inventory Associate to support our operational and inventory management processes. The Inventory Associate will be responsible for tracking, organizing, and maintaining inventory used for our business operations, including materials, equipment, and supplies. This role is ideal for individuals who are accurate, dependable, and comfortable working in a fast-paced, tech-driven environment. While many web designers simply create websites, our team specializes in building complete online business systems, including development, optimization, and scalable digital solutions. We are committed to helping clients grow and succeed in the online marketplace through innovative and efficient strategies. Responsibilities Track and maintain inventory levels of equipment, materials, and supplies Receive, inspect, and organize incoming items Update inventory records and maintain accurate data Conduct regular inventory counts and audits Coordinate with operations and project teams regarding inventory needs Prepare and distribute materials for internal use Identify discrepancies and report inventory issues Maintain organized storage areas Follow company procedures and operational guidelines Requirements High school diploma or equivalent preferred Previous inventory or warehouse experience is a plus Strong attention to detail and organizational skills Basic computer and data entry skills Ability to lift up to 40-50 lbs Ability to work independently and in a team environment Reliable, responsible, and punctual
Pay:
$21.90 - $22.60 per hour
