$17-18 per hour plus overtime. Schedule (8hour days): 6:00 am start time or 8:00 pm start time Inventory Control Associate We are seeking a dependable and detail-oriented Inventory Control Associate to support inventory accuracy within a fast-paced distribution center. This position is responsible for cycle counts, inventory research, discrepancy resolution, and maintaining accurate inventory records. The ideal candidate has previous warehouse or inventory experience, strong attention to detail, and is comfortable using computers and inventory management systems. Responsibilities Perform and report cycle counts Maintain accurate inventory records and inventory integrity Research and resolve inventory and PO discrepancies Identify inventory issues and assist with root-cause problem solving Perform spot checks for product codes and dates Support EPJ and OP inventory operations Maintain and organize transfer order paperwork Work with production and warehouse departments to resolve inventory concerns Use SAP/WMS systems, Microsoft Office, and Excel to complete inventory-related tasks Maintain a clean and organized work area Complete additional inventory duties as assigned Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent Previous warehouse, inventory control, cycle counting, or related experience preferred Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Office and Excel SAP or other WMS experience is a plus Strong attention to detail and analytical/problem-solving skills Ability to work independently and meet deadlines Strong written and verbal communication skills Ability to communicate professionally with employees and management Must be dependable and able to work a varied schedule, including early mornings and weekends when required Ability to lift up to 10 lbs.
