Purchasing & Inventory Specialist About Us Noble Gift Packaging is a leading supplier of jewelry packaging, displays, and retail packaging solutions. We are looking for a highly organized, detail-oriented Purchasing & Inventory Specialist to oversee purchasing, inventory management, quality control, and product development while working closely with our overseas manufacturing partners. Responsibilities Manage purchasing activities and supplier relationships. Work directly with overseas vendors and manufacturers. Monitor inventory levels and forecast purchasing needs. Place and track purchase orders to ensure on-time deliveries. Oversee product quality and quality control processes. Source new products and assist with product development. Negotiate pricing, lead times, and supplier terms. Work closely with the warehouse, sales, and customer service teams. Analyze purchasing and inventory data to improve efficiency and reduce costs. Maintain accurate purchasing, inventory, and supplier records. Identify opportunities to improve products, processes, and overall supply chain performance. Qualifications Experience working with overseas vendors is required. Experience in purchasing, procurement, inventory management, or supply chain. Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills. Excellent communication and negotiation skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Office. Experience with ERP systems is a plus. Mandarin language skills are a plus.
