We are excited to see what you will bring to our team! Key Responsibilities Coordinate domestic shipments from purchase order through final delivery using our Transportation Management System (TMS). Plan freight movements by negotiating carrier rates, selecting efficient transportation solutions, optimizing routes, and balancing service, cost, and delivery commitments. Monitor shipments proactively, providing accurate updates to customers, warehouses, carriers, receivers, and internal teams while resolving delays before they become larger issues. Partner with our Imports team to track international shipments, coordinate with freight forwarders and ocean carriers, and assist with documentation required for timely customs clearance and delivery. Maintain accurate inventory records across third-party warehouse locations and collaborate with warehouse partners to ensure inventory integrity. Audit freight invoices and third-party logistics billing, working closely with Accounting to investigate discrepancies, reconcile charges, and resolve claims. Schedule delivery appointments, respond to customer inquiries, and provide timely shipment updates while delivering an exceptional customer experience. Identify opportunities to improve operational efficiency, strengthen processes, reduce transportation costs, and support continuous improvement initiatives. Qualifications Two or more years of experience in logistics, transportation, supply chain, or distribution. Exceptional organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Experience working with freight carriers, warehouses, vendors, and customers. Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and Outlook, as well as Google Sheets.
