Pay Rate:
$21•23/hour on W-2 Job Summary We are looking for a Warehouse / Shipping & Receiving Associate to support daily warehouse and logistics operations. This role will handle receiving, shipping, inventory, material movement, and forklift operations while following safety and company procedures. Key Responsibilities Receive raw materials, finished goods, and packaging supplies using SAP . Create and apply barcode labels for incoming materials. Scan, move, and store materials in designated locations. Pick, stage, and prepare customer orders according to pick lists and special requirements. Perform shipping and receiving activities accurately and on time. Maintain organized shipping/receiving paperwork. Check quantities and item codes and report damaged or missing materials. Support cycle counts and physical inventory . Operate forklifts and other material-handling equipment safely. Maintain a clean and safe work area. Report spills, safety issues, equipment problems, and inventory discrepancies. Follow company, OSHA, DOT, EHS, and environmental regulations . Complete required paperwork, training, and assigned tasks. Must-Have Qualifications High School Diploma/GED or equivalent experience. 1-2 years of warehouse experience preferred. Forklift / aisle stacker experience. Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office . Ability to read English and perform basic math. Good communication and teamwork skills. Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and stand/walk throughout the workday. Ability to work in a fast-paced production/warehouse environment. Willingness to work off-shifts and overtime as needed. Preferred
