With our innovative turnkey reusable packaging solution, we aim to revolutionize the way businesses approach packaging by making sustainability easy and accessible. Our mission is to drive positive environmental impact while offering convenience and cost savings to our clients. We are searching for a full-time Customer Success Coordinator to join our growing customer success team and own the Friendlier program at Stanford. Having recently deployed the Friendlier reusable program across 12 locations on campus, and with plans for more, we need a dedicated, onsite point person to support customer inquiries, program launches, and communications as the program continues to grow. This position is for a 3 month contract, reporting to the CRO.
Key Responsibilities :
Customer Support & Inquiries:
Serve as the primary, onsite point of contact for customer inquiries about the Friendlier program, responding promptly and helpfully Troubleshoot and resolve day-to-day issues related to bin availability, pickups, and returns Answer student and staff questions about the program in person, by email, and across other channels
Program Launches:
Support new location launches of the Friendlier program across Stanford, including setup, training, and onboarding Organize and conduct onsite boothing at high-traffic locations and represent Friendlier at key Stanford events to raise awareness of the program Coordinate launch communications and materials so each new location has a smooth rollout
Communications & Program Effectiveness:
Develop and send regular communications (email, signage, social media) to keep students and staff informed and engaged with the program Conduct interviews and gather feedback from students and staff to understand their experience, identify opportunities for improvement, and summarize insights for internal stakeholders Regularly audit Friendlier bins and waste outlets across campus and run experiments (e.g. testing a new bin placement) to improve return rates, plus other projects as identified by the Director, Customer Success What You Bring to the
Role:
Based in or able to work onsite regularly at Stanford, CA 1+ years of experience in customer success, customer support, account management, or a similar customer-facing role (recent graduates with relevant internship experience are encouraged to apply) Fluent in Spanish; spoken and written Passion for sustainability - you get excited talking about expanding reuse! Strong organizational skills - ability to move between projects and prioritize Effective written and verbal communication skills, comfortable engaging both students and staff Entrepreneurial mindset, comfortable working independently Positive attitude and energy
