Role Description The Program Specialist is a full-time, on-site role based in Panama City Beach, FL, responsible for delivering and coordinating Girls Inc. of Bay County's research-based programs. This role includes facilitating daily activities, workshops, and group sessions for youth ages 6-18, ensuring a safe, engaging, and inclusive environment. The Program Specialist collaborates with team members to plan program schedules, track attendance, and monitor participant progress toward educational and personal development goals. Responsibilities also include communicating with caregivers, supporting special events, maintaining program materials, and collecting data for reporting and evaluation. The role requires consistent on-site presence, flexibility in scheduling, and commitment to the mission of empowering youth. Qualifications Candidates should possess strong Program Management skills, including planning, coordination, and implementation of youth-focused programs. Candidates should possess solid Analytical Skills to track outcomes, interpret data, and support continuous program improvement.
