We are currently seeking a compassionate, creative Reunion Program Coordinator to join our team at The Blake at Panama City Beach. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys enriching the lives of memory care residents through thoughtful programming, individualized engagement, and meaningful daily routines. Why You'll Love Working With Us Competitive pay Excellent benefits package Supportive, team-oriented environment A creative and rewarding role where you help residents experience connection, purpose, and joy Opportunities for growth within a rapidly expanding organization Primary Responsibilities of the Reunion Program Coordinator Create and implement a daily Reunion activity calendar aligned with QSL Management's annual and monthly themes Collaborate with the Director of Memory Care to plan engaging activities and meaningful entertainment tailored to resident needs Ensure every resident has daily opportunities for exercise, following guidance and recommendations from the Director of Memory Care Implement walking and ambulation programs based on each resident's abilities and service plan Plan cultural outings and local experiences that reflect resident interests and support their service plans Introduce each new resident to the Reunion Program upon admission and support their adjustment to the environment and schedule Coordinate dining seating to ensure new residents are placed with peers who share similar interests and social abilities Promote and encourage resident engagement in all activities, fostering connection, stimulation, and joy Requirements Education & Experience A caring heart and genuine desire to serve others High School Diploma required Minimum of 1 year of experience working with the geriatric population, including Alzheimer's and dementia care Ability to adapt to changing resident behaviors and needs Strong organizational, communication, and public relations skills Creative, flexible, and team-oriented with strong multitasking abilities Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Office applications Flexibility to work holidays, weekends, and varied schedules Ability to market activities and events to families through social media and community outreach QSL Management is an Equal Opportunity Employer / Protected Veterans / Individuals with Disabilities.
