Job Description
Program Coordinator (Learning & Development) Our client is seeking a highly organized and resourceful Program Coordinator (Learning & Development) to support the planning, execution, and continuous improvement of employee learning programs. This role is ideal for someone who combines strong project management and operational skills with creative problem-solving, attention to detail, and the ability to keep multiple priorities moving in a fast-paced, collaborative environment. This role is on-site in Beaverton, Oregon. Program Coordinator (Learning & Development) Responsibilities Coordinate the planning, execution, and ongoing management of learning programs, including schedules, project plans, logistics, documentation, and deliverables. Partner with program managers, subject matter experts, internal stakeholders, and external partners to keep projects aligned with objectives, timelines, and expectations. Manage project milestones, priorities, and action items while proactively identifying risks, resolving issues, and adapting plans as business needs change. Support instructor-led, virtual, digital, and other learning experiences by coordinating materials, resources, technology, facilities, and facilitator readiness. Develop and maintain program documentation, playbooks, schedules, dashboards, status reports, and other tools that provide visibility into progress and outcomes. Support the creation, maintenance, and organization of learning materials, job aids, reference guides, and other resources. Gather and analyze learner feedback, program data, and operational insights to identify opportunities to improve training effectiveness and participant experiences. Research and evaluate tools, technologies, and process improvements that can enhance learning delivery, accessibility, engagement, and operational efficiency. Document key decisions, meeting outcomes, responsibilities, and next steps while ensuring timely follow-through across stakeholders. Help establish and maintain consistent processes, standards, and best practices that support scalable and effective learning programs. Program Coordinator (Learning & Development) Qualifications 3-4 years of experience in program or project coordination, program management, operations, logistics, or a similar role, preferably within a learning or training environment. Associate's degree or an equivalent combination of education, professional experience, and training totaling at least 4 years. Strong project management skills with demonstrated ability to prioritize competing needs, manage timelines, and drive deliverables through completion. Highly organized and detail-oriented, with strong analytical skills and the ability to quickly adjust to changing priorities. Strong creative problem-solving and critical-thinking abilities, including the ability to identify needs, research potential solutions, and take appropriate action. Strong communication, collaboration, and presentation skills with the ability to work effectively across program teams, subject matter experts, and external partners. Proficiency with Miro and Airtable or comparable whiteboarding, collaboration, and database tools. Advanced Microsoft Excel skills and proficiency with PowerPoint; experience with Adobe Creative Suite applications such as InDesign, Illustrator, and Premiere is preferred. Learning and development or training-team experience is highly desirable, with Adobe LMS, Articulate Rise 360, and Workday experience considered a plus. Previous experience supporting learning, product, or operational programs within a large, complex organization is highly desirable.
