July 2026 SUMMARY The Affordable Housing Program Coordinator oversees and implements initiatives that help community members secure safe, stable, and affordable housing. This role focuses on program development, conducting housing needs assessments, building partnerships, and developing action plans to address systemic barriers to housing access. The Coordinator works closely with local agencies, landlords, housing advocates, and community members to ensure programs are effective, accessible, and responsive to community needs.ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
include but are not limited to the following: Conduct a needs assessment of green housing in Prince George's County and create a report of findings to share with a funder. Coordinate and manage affordable housing programs in alignment with organizational goals and community priorities.
