YOUR ROLE
As a Project Management Officer (PMO ) , you will play a critical leadership role in driving the successful delivery of strategic, complex, and large-scale initiatives supporting a high-profile, multi-site global program. You will oversee cross-functional projects from concept through execution-ensuring alignment, structure, and operational excellence across planning, design, and implementation. A key focus of this role is establishing and leading a high-performing PMO function-bringing governance, visibility, and discipline to execution while enabling project teams to deliver with consistency, speed, and precision. You will serve as a central point of coordination across teams, stakeholders, and partners to ensure all workstreams are aligned, controlled, and delivered on time.
WHAT YOU WILL DO
Establish, lead, and continuously enhance the Project Management Office (PMO), standardizing methodologies, tools, governance, and reporting frameworks Drive enterprise-wide visibility by tracking progress, risks, budgets, and dependencies across all workstreams Provide leadership and direction to cross-functional project teams delivering complex, large-scale initiatives Enable project leaders by providing structure, tools, and support to ensure alignment, accountability, and successful execution Facilitate communication and collaboration across departments, partners, and external stakeholders to ensure alignment and timely delivery Ensure resources, staffing, and processes are optimized to meet project commitments, timelines, and quality expectations Oversee full project lifecycle management-from initiation through successful delivery Develop and govern comprehensive project plans, including: Objectives, scope, and deliverables Schedules, milestones, and critical paths Budgeting and resource allocation Risk identification, mitigation, and contingency planning Work breakdown structures and implementation roadmaps Engage stakeholders at all levels, driving alignment, managing expectations, and navigating change effectively Partner with technology teams to define and implement systems and tools that support operational delivery and reporting Establish and execute communication strategies, including executive reporting, status updates, and stakeholder briefings Monitor performance metrics across projects and teams to ensure successful outcomes and continuous improvement Identify, escalate, and resolve complex issues impacting timelines, budgets, or stakeholder satisfaction Support the development of standard operating procedures (SOPs) and training programs to ensure operational readiness Ensure compliance with organizational policies, regulatory requirements, and governance standards Lead post-project evaluations to assess performance, capture lessons learned, and strengthen future delivery Support coordination of large-scale, multi-site, and potentially global initiatives
WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR
Education & Experience Bachelor's degree in Business, Operations, Logistics, Supply Chain, or a related field (or equivalent experience) 7-10 years of progressive experience in project or program management, ideally within complex, large-scale environments Minimum 5 years of relevant industry experience At least 2 years of leadership or team management experience Strong proficiency with project management tools (e.g., MS Project) and enterprise systems Preferred Project Management certification (PMP, CPM, or equivalent) Experience building or leading a PMO function Background supporting large-scale, high-visibility programs or multi-location deployments
KEY SKILLS & CAPABILITIES
Proven ability to establish structure and governance across complex programs Strong strategic thinking combined with hands-on execution capability Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to navigate ambiguity and complexity Advanced planning and organizational skills, managing multiple priorities simultaneously Strong financial acumen, including budgeting, forecasting, and cost control Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills across diverse audiences Ability to influence, negotiate, and present effectively at all organizational levels Experience operating in fast-paced, deadline-driven, high-visibility environments Proficiency in Microsoft Office and project/program management tools Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to lead through influence and collaboration TRAVEL Up to 40% travel, primarily domestic, with occasional international travel as needed
