Extensive hands-on experience using key reporting and program management tools, including: Jira and Confluence for issue tracking, project documentation, and Agile workflow management. Tableau for data visualization and operational reporting, Data Analysis, Presentations. Trello and Monday.com for task management, project tracking, and collaboration, Microsoft Point, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint for document management Over 5-8 years of project management experience in software, networking, web, cloud, or mobility environments, demonstrating consistent on-time delivery of complex programs with proven expertise in business operations management with strong client-facing and cross-functional collaboration skills & Deep understanding of software development lifecycles and Agile project management methodologies. Job Description/ Responsibilities We are a results-driven team that is dedicated to project manage the co-development engagement with clients top partnerships, called Service Provider Partnerships (SPP) and the Managed Service Providers (MSP) roadmap and annual Global practices for each area.
