Oversees the collection of rents and payment of bills, taxes and insurance for properties, and provides property owners with reports on finances and the status of properties. Directs leasing operations, or equipment and machinery rentals, for a company or business. Determines charges and prepares rental or lease agreements; supervises inventory, equipment maintenance and recordkeeping for leasing operations.

Overview We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Property Manager to oversee the daily operations of our properties. The ideal candidate will possess strong skills in property management, facilities management, and real estate administration. This role requires a proactive individual who can effectively negotiate leases, manage tenant relations, and ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations. The Property Manager will be responsible for maintaining high occupancy rates while enhancing the overall value of the properties. Responsibilities Manage all aspects of property leasing, including marketing available units and conducting property tours. Negotiate lease agreements and renewals with prospective and existing tenants. Oversee day-to-day operations of the property, ensuring that all facilities are well-maintained. Implement and manage a Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS) for tracking maintenance requests and work orders. Maintain accurate files and records related to property management activities. Develop and enforce property rules and regulations in compliance with local laws. Coordinate with vendors for maintenance, repairs, and improvements to the property. Upsell additional services or amenities to tenants to enhance their living experience. Provide exceptional customer service to tenants, addressing concerns and resolving issues promptly. Experience Proven experience in property management or a related field is essential. Strong knowledge of real estate administrative practices and relevant laws governing property management. Familiarity with facilities management principles and practices. Excellent negotiation skills with a track record of successful lease agreements. Proficiency in administrative tasks including record keeping, reporting, and communication. Ability to work independently while managing multiple priorities effectively.
