Operations Specialist

Job Summary We are seeking a detail-oriented professional to manage the lifecycle of our orders. You will serve as the primary hub for processing new orders, logistics coordination and manage customer inquiries on orders, ensuring a seamless flow from international production to domestic delivery.

Duties New Order Processing:

Process and confirm daily orders, both in the system and in EDI, validate order details, submit shipping request to warehouse, generate and submit invoice and shipping details.

Post-Sales Support:

Direct inquiries for warranties, and manage paperwork, parts requests, and credits. Monitor inventory levels, order supplies, and manage logistics support as needed Prepare detailed reports on operational performance metrics to inform management decisions

Financial & Sales Administration:

Run and distribute monthly sales reports and End-of-Month customer statements.

A/R Support:

Perform payment follow-up to ensure accounts remain current. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify areas for process improvement and implement effective solutions

Requirements Degree:

College degree in business or operations major preferred

Experience:

0-2 years in wholesale operations, logistics, or distribution

Technical Skills:

Experience in ERP software and EDI systems, familiar with shipping terms. Basic accounting knowledge is highly preferred

Language:
