About the Position This is a hands-on position that combines order fulfillment, video game refurbishment, inventory management, and general warehouse operations. While fulfilling customer orders is a major part of the job, quality control and refurbishment are equally important. Every game that leaves our warehouse represents our reputation, and we're looking for someone who genuinely cares about doing things the right way. No prior video game refurbishment experience is required. We're happy to train the right person. Responsibilities Accurately fulfill customer orders Professionally refurbish and restore video games Perform detailed quality inspections before products are shipped Identify scratches, cracked hubs, damaged cases, artwork issues, and other imperfections Organize and put away incoming inventory Maintain a clean, organized, and efficient workspace Assist with daily warehouse operations Follow established procedures to ensure every order meets Zypher's quality standards What We're Looking For The most important quality we're looking for is exceptional attention to detail.
